St. Malo Warriors

The St. Malo Warriors welcomed the La Broquerie Habs for the very first time on Friday night. St. Malo got off to a good start when Teagan Fillion (Tirschman, Worley) would score on the powerplay.

La Broquerie would add two quick ones right after the opening goal when Nathan Storoschuk (Tetreault) and Calem Normandeau (Storoschuk) to give the Habs a 2-1 lead into the second.

St. Malo was able to tie things up shorthanded when Logan Fillion (Dubois) scored for St. Malo.

Brady Gregoire (Dubois) would give the Warriors their second lead of the game.

La Broquerie responded again when Connor Tallaire (Pakoo, Normandeau) would tie the game at 3.

Damon Johnson (Dubois, Magne) would give the Warriors their third lead of the night late in the second to take a 4-3 lead into the third and the Warriors never looked back.

Early in the third Jeremie Collette (Gregoire, Dias) would give the Warriors a two goal advantage for the first time.

Colton Magne (Dubois) and Ashton Dubois (Gregoire) would add more Warrior goals to make it 7-3.

The Warriors are back in action Saturday night when they host the Arborg Ice Dawgs at 7:30 in St. Malo
