On Friday night the St. Malo Warriors visited the Selkirk Fishermen for game two of the best-of-7 semi-final series.
A back and forth first period which saw four goals scored - two by each team.
Ashton Dubois (Magne, Collette) got things started for St. Malo, Selkirk was able to answer shortly after with a power play goal thanks to Izzy Aime.
Later on Teagan Fillion (Frechette, Worley) scored to regain the St. Malo lead only for seconds later to be tied once again thanks to Theo Courchene.
In the second St. Malo was able to find two goals thanks to Jeremie Collette (Magne, Johnson) and Ashton Dubois (Maynard) to make it 4-2 after two.
In the third Selkirk got within one with 6 minutes left when Dawson Bergagnini (Baker) scored to make it a 4-3 final.
Game 3 goes Sunday evening in St. Malo with a 6pm puck drop
