Warriors Win 6th Straight

St Malo Warriors

The St. Malo Warriors visited the Winnipeg Satelites on Tuesday night for their third matchup of the year.

Logan Fillion (Fillion, Cure) got things started for the Warriors scoring midway through the first. Mikka Lambert (Magne) and Ashton Dubois (Gregoire, Collette) would add two more for the Warriors making it 3-0 after one.

St. Malo added to their lead early in the second when Damon Johnson (Rioux, McFarlane) would score on the powerplay.

The Satelites would add their only goal seconds later when Bryce Raven (Nelson, Hall) scored on the powerplay.

The Warriors would add two more in the second thanks to Damon Johnson (Rioux, McFarlane) and Keston Worley (Rioux, Johnson) to make 6-1 Warriors.

In the third the Warriors added four more goals to make 10-1 thanks to Keston Worley (Dias, Magne), Tyson Preteau (Lambert, Freynet), Keston Worley (Rioux), and Marshall Braun (Maynard, Lambert).

St. Malo is back in-action on Saturday night when they host the visiting Lundar Falcons with puck drop scheduled for 7:30pm.
