With the series tied at two and shifting back to St. Malo on Tuesday night for game 5 of the CRJHL Final.
The Warriors would score early when Reece Unrau (T. Fillion) scored under two minutes into the first.
St. Malo was able to add a late first period goal when Teagan Fillion (Worley, Johnson) scored his league leading 11th playoff goal to give the Warriors a 2-0 lead heading into the second.
It took Beausejour late into the second period to score their first goal of the game thanks to Merrick Hurcul (Tirschman, Johnston). Warrior goalie Logan Mazinke was able to weather the storm to keep the score 2-1 going into the third.
A tight back and forth third would lead to chances both ways but the only goal scored would be by Warrior Keston Worley (Unrau) into an empty net securing the 3-1 win for St. Malo.
The St. Malo Warriors will take a 3-2 series lead heading back to Beausejour on Friday night looking to win their first championship since 2009.
